understand your companies’ environment. The more we know about your situation, the higher the standard
of advice can be given to make sure that your survey campaign runs successfully.

Online Survey and Invite Design
Once we have established your requirements of the survey campaign and have finalized the question content
to be used in the survey we can now turn our attention to designing the survey product. Your companies
branding and corporate colors will be used when designing the email invite and online survey template.

Project Management
We have dedicated project managers that oversee each individual aspect of the survey campaign and will
keep you posted with the latest occurrences whilst the campaign is running to ensure that you have peace
of mind.

Distribution
Once final approval has been given by you for the designs, we will upload the database you supply into
our bulk mail system in preparation for distribution. The email invites can be embedded and can also
include custom fields, such as displaying the name of the respondent on the invite.
We also use email tracking – this allows us to send reminder invites to non-respondents.

Technical Support
Whilst the survey is running we offer technical support to the respondents to ensure that they are
all able to complete the survey.

Custom Reports
With the feedback collected our analysts will set about making sense of the data, identifying trends,
making objective comments and presenting your results in graphs and charts. Simply tell us what reports
you require and at the close of the survey campaign you will have them.
