360° Feedback:


What is it and how is it used?
Pure Survey’s 360° Feedback tool is designed to assist your employees to receive confidential feedback from fellow employees and management. This feedback is essential for a well rounded perspective on how competent an employee is within your business. The person or people who take part in the 360° Feedback program need to be able to take positive and negative feedback and be willing to learn from it.

How it is used? 
The 360° feedback program is used for management and employees within a business to understand their positivem and negative characteristics. All responses from fellow managers and employees are tabulated in one combined result.
With the anonymity of the report it helps the raters to be honest and to deliver a clear understanding of the positive and negative attributes are of the person being rated.
The 360° feedback tool can be used to help rate the performance of your employees and management. While not specifically designed to accomplish this it can be used in conjunction with a one on one employee manager performance review.
The raters would be asked to rate their fellow employees or managers and the person being rated would answer the same report for him or herself.

What does it measure? 
It measures your employees and managers behavior and competency.
It measures how others within your business rate an employee or manager.
It measures specific skills such as: Paying attention, creating well thought out plans and creating specific goals.
It measures areas such as being a team player, character of the person and what leadership skills do they have.

Aspects it does not measure:
It does not measure employee performance but can be used in conjunction with an employee performance review.
It is not used to measure if your employee is meeting the job requirements.
It does not measure technical or job skills
